SparkLab · Feature
An AI course for students that ends with something they built
Students in grades 7–12 learn fastest by making things. SparkLab's student programs start with Python and move to building with AI, taught live by practitioners, with responsible use built in.
The path
- Programming in Python
- Syntax, data, functions, classes and a first Streamlit app. No prerequisites.
- Generative AI & LLMs
- How models like ChatGPT work, prompt engineering and a chatbot capstone.
- Advanced AI: RAG & agents
- Embeddings, vector databases, LangChain workflows and AI agents.
How it's taught
Small live sessions with practitioners, in person or online. Students build as they go, and every program covers ethics, safety and security.

- No. Programming in Python starts from zero.
- Is it live?
- Yes. Every session is taught live; there are no pre-recorded videos.
- Can a school bring it in?
