What is a lesson plan?
Definition
A lesson plan sets out a single lesson: what students should learn, the activities and their timing, the materials, and how the teacher will check understanding.

- A hook or a check of what they remember.

- Teaching, practice and discussion, with timings.

- An exit question or quick quiz.

- Practice that follows from the lesson.
